The cashier exhibited highly unprofessional conduct. She was rude, dismissive, and communicated with patients in a very aggressive way. Such behavior is unacceptable in a healthcare environment where compassion and respect are expected. It was a very disappointing experience.

I had a very unsatisfactory visit to this medical center. Although the staff was courteous, the doctor appeared more focused on financial gain than on truly assisting me. They insisted on unnecessary tests that didn't seem applicable to my issue, making it feel like every suggestion was merely a means to inflate the costs. I walked away with the impression that my health was less important to them than their profit margins. If you're in search of a physician who values patient care, I would advise against coming here.

I visited to get medicine for my fever. They ran some blood tests and provided me with medication, but the total came to over 8,000 rupees. Unfortunately, my fever didn't improve at all.

The cashier, who I assume is a nurse, was incredibly rude. She came directly from the reception area and began treating a head wound without washing her hands or wearing gloves. When I questioned her about it, she dismissed my concerns by saying it was just a child and that handwashing or gloves weren't necessary. To the doctors at this medical center, I urge you to address this serious issue and ensure better service for your patients. I left the medical center immediately and went to another hospital for treatment.

I had a really negative experience at Jeewaka Medical Center. Last Saturday, I visited to get medicine for a fever and cough, and Dr. Kasun prescribed some medication. Unfortunately, my cough lingered, so I returned to the clinic. This time, I consulted Dr. Ravi, who said the previous medications were fine but didn’t prescribe anything new while still charging me a service fee. He also pushed for a blood test, despite my saying my fever had subsided. When I inquired about the cost at their lab, I was informed that the blood test would be 7,000. It feels like this medical center is just out to make money without providing adequate service. They seem like money monsters 👹.
