Terrible experience with unprofessional staff

The staff showed a complete lack of responsibility. We were initially told that the doctor would be coming, so we arrived and inquired about our appointment. Later, they informed us that they needed to check if the doctor was actually coming. They should have confirmed that before taking our payment. Nobody seemed to know anything about the doctor. It felt like we were at a poorly run establishment. This hospital is absolutely useless! I would advise others to steer clear.

Exceptional Care from Staff

Exceptional Ambulance Service at Ceymed

I had an excellent experience with the ambulance service at Ceymed Hospital during our company's Awurudu program. Two nurses were present at the event, and they were outstanding—very friendly, approachable, and professional. I inquired about an orthopedic consultant at the hospital, and they exceeded my expectations by providing thorough information. They even took the initiative to call the hospital and set up an appointment for me with Dr. Marius De Almeda, which I truly appreciate. Disappointing hygiene standards

I recently went to this hospital to see a wound care doctor, and my experience left me quite disappointed. During my visit, I observed nursing staff changing their uniforms in a nearby doctor's consulting room. This behavior is very unprofessional and raises significant concerns about hygiene and the overall standards of the facility. Consulting rooms should be clean, private areas dedicated to patient care—not places for personal activities like changing clothes. Such actions can make patients uncomfortable and lead them to doubt the credibility of the services offered. I strongly encourage the management to tackle this issue promptly and ensure that proper staff facilities are in place, along with adherence to professional standards. Disappointing service experience

I was really let down by the staff. When I requested a trolley for a patient who couldn’t move around in a wheelchair, they just brought another wheelchair instead. I ended up waiting around 15 minutes for a trolley. The reception desk staff were just as unhelpful; they didn’t even respond to my questions and seemed very unfriendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I know. I’m just fed up with it.
