The staff here is friendly and very accommodating, providing fast service. They offer professional tire services and have a decent selection of tire brands available, especially during these challenging times. However, be aware that a 15% VAT is added to your purchase, which can amount to the price of another tire when buying four high-end ones.

I visited to get my car tyres replaced, and they did a great job. The mechanic and the sales lady were friendly and accommodating. I had the work completed in about 2 hours. Just a heads up, there's an extra 3% fee if you pay with a debit or credit card, so it's best to bring cash if you can.

The staff here are friendly and provide fast service. They offer a range of services using the latest technology, including 3D wheel alignment, which was done quickly. Prices are reasonable, and you can also purchase tires, alloy wheels, and other items. Highly recommended!

I went to get my vehicle's shock absorber replaced and inquired about the interest-free credit card payment plan, which Mr. Sampath, the owner, confirmed was available. I also asked before the work began. After a long wait due to a lack of stock, the shock absorber was finally replaced. When it came time to pay, I was informed they were adding a 7% handling fee to the total. They mentioned that the bank offered 0% installment, which felt like a scam. Ultimately, I opted to pay in cash since my bill was 88k and the handling fee would have been an additional 7k. The KYB shock absorber itself was fine, though.

I bought four tyres for my car on two different occasions. Most recently, about six months ago, I purchased a set. Yesterday, one of the tyres burst from lightly hitting a road stride. Additionally, a tyre I bought about a year ago also burst, though I managed to temporarily repair it using a tube. I took the damaged tyre to the shop to show them. The staff there seemed indifferent to my concerns. While I recognize that this damage might not qualify for a warranty claim, I believe the tyres were of subpar quality. It felt like they had only two tyres in stock when I made my purchase, and they sourced them from one of their other locations in Thalawathugoda. I had previously trusted them, having bought four tyres for my SUV before. I have been a loyal customer for the past five to six years, but due to their poor customer service and the low quality of their products, I won't be returning. It's your choice to consider them or not!
