Disappointing Tyre Quality and Service
I bought four tyres for my car on two different occasions. Most recently, about six months ago, I purchased a set. Yesterday, one of the tyres burst from lightly hitting a road stride. Additionally, a tyre I bought about a year ago also burst, though I managed to temporarily repair it using a tube. I took the damaged tyre to the shop to show them. The staff there seemed indifferent to my concerns. While I recognize that this damage might not qualify for a warranty claim, I believe the tyres were of subpar quality. It felt like they had only two tyres in stock when I made my purchase, and they sourced them from one of their other locations in Thalawathugoda. I had previously trusted them, having bought four tyres for my SUV before. I have been a loyal customer for the past five to six years, but due to their poor customer service and the low quality of their products, I won't be returning. It's your choice to consider them or not!
