    Mixed experience with staff and doctor

    Sivansuthan is an excellent doctor, but the staff leaves much to be desired. The nurses aren't very friendly. A friend of mine had a blood test here, and the nurse attempted to draw blood from both arms four times.

    Disappointing wait for dental appointment

    I scheduled an appointment as the first patient for a teeth cleaning to avoid any delays. I even showed up 15 minutes ahead of time, but ended up waiting 40 minutes past my appointment time. The manager informed me that the dentist was coming from another town and was on his way. It’s frustrating that I arrived early only to be left waiting while the dentist could come at his own convenience. Not knowing how much longer I would have to wait, I decided to leave.
