Poor Service and Respect

I cannot recommend this place if you're looking for respect. The communication from the staff, particularly the girl at the counter, was not respectful at all. Furthermore, the time we booked for our appointment was completely disregarded during our consultation. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and lacking in courtesy. I left without receiving any treatment. It's clear that the doctors or owners need to provide proper training to their staff, as the clinic fails to make a good first impression. I suggest looking elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect, because we are paying for a service, not getting it for free! We expect value for our money! Overall, my experience here was very disappointing.
