This is definitely not a place to consider for inpatient care. If you go, you’ll find the rooms have a terrible drainage system. The staff are quite rude, and there are noisy fans. Additionally, no food is offered for those staying overnight. The overall cultural and ethical atmosphere feels outdated.

The service was extremely disappointing. The rooms were unclean, and there were issues with the waste drainage system. We had to wait 12 hours just to get our bill checked. They also failed to communicate properly with the doctor. I cannot recommend this hospital for a Cesarean operation.

The staff here are quite unhelpful. The doctor told us to expect a discharge in the morning, but when we requested the bill, they took from 8 AM until 3 PM to prepare it. Compared to Northern Central Hospital, the rates are also higher. If you're about to give birth, I suggest avoiding this hospital.

I underwent fissure surgery last Monday, and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. Dr. Senthooran and Dr. Gobi Shankar performed exceptionally well, and the staff was very professional and supportive. I highly recommend this place in Jaffna.
