    Poor service experience

    I had a very disappointing experience as my calls were never answered. In that respect, Nawaloka is much better.

    Consistent Delays at the Hospital

    The hospital itself is fine, but the doctors never arrive on time. I've been there 20 times, and I usually end up waiting an hour or two for a doctor. My wife and I also scheduled an appointment for a VOG, which turned out to be a problem. Pregnant women shouldn't have to wait like that. Our appointment was at 6:30 PM, but the doctor didn't show up until 8:30 PM. This is unacceptable for hospitals. I understand that doctors can encounter issues, but a delay of 30 minutes is reasonable, not two hours. It's a complete waste of time.

    Disappointment with Doctor's Care

    While the nurses and other staff were quite supportive, the doctors were negligent. My mother was critically ill, and the main doctor, Dr. Sritharan, acted with extreme irresponsibility. As a result, I lost my mother. I am profoundly disappointed.

    Avoid this hospital at all costs

    This hospital is terrible. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's a waste of money. They didn't provide any medication; all they did was charge for medical tests. In serious situations, they can't help at all and just tell you to go to a general hospital.

    Excellent emergency care experience

    I found myself in a bit of a panic when a silicon hearing aid dome got stuck in my ear canal. The doctor was incredibly friendly and took care of the situation at no charge! I highly recommend this place.

    Disappointed by price increase

    Two years ago, my wife had a great experience here, and we were quite pleased. Five weeks back, I had a heart film done, which was efficient and offered at a fair price. However, when I inquired about a full blood test, they quoted me over LKR 56,000, which is significantly more than what I'd pay in the Netherlands. If you had asked me five weeks ago, I would have given it 4 stars. Now, I can only give it 1 star due to this frustrating experience, despite my prior good memories.

    Disturbing Experience with Dr. Ranjan

    My aunt visited "Dr." Ranjan because she was experiencing high blood pressure. It's important to note that she had recently lost both her husband and daughter. When he inquired about the cause of her elevated blood pressure, she mentioned that her worries were contributing to it. To her shock, "Dr." Ranjan punched her in the head. She was completely vulnerable, yet he dismissed it as merely a "joke." Is this how doctors are supposed to treat their patients? Instead of helping her, he only made her situation worse. I strongly advise against visiting this "doctor." Take care of yourself.

    Great support from Geeth

    I had a very positive experience with Geeth in the billing department. I was in urgent need of an old medical report file, and despite reaching out to other departments without much success, Geeth really went above and beyond to help me. Even though he had a lot on his plate, he took the time to grasp the urgency of my situation and quickly assisted me in obtaining the old records. I'm truly grateful for his support.

    Grateful for excellent care

    On June 7th, my daughter was admitted to the hospital due to the influenza virus. I sincerely appreciate the nurses and doctors who took care of her. The cleaning staff and the food were also quite satisfactory. I had a positive experience last year when I was hospitalized for dengue as well. I hope it continues like this😊 …
