Frustrating experience with X Lab Negombo

I had a very disappointing experience at X Lab Negombo. Last Monday, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. M.R. Lilanjith Silva for a PTA test on Wednesday. I was told I was the first patient. However, I didn't receive any confirmation until Wednesday afternoon, so I called again to verify before heading to the appointment. At that point, I learned that my appointment wasn't in the system. After being put on hold while they checked with the doctor, I was informed that he wouldn't be coming that day and that I should return the following day at 3:30 PM, even though I had already received an appointment message. Today, before leaving home, I called again to confirm the doctor's availability. I was told they would inform him once the patient arrived. When we got to the lab and checked in at the reception, they said the doctor wouldn’t be coming today either. It seemed he hadn’t been informed about the appointment ahead of time. When they finally reached him, he indicated he couldn’t come and asked us to reschedule. What really disappointed me was when I addressed this issue with a woman who seemed to be part of the management team; she showed little interest in listening to our concerns or resolving the matter. There was no effort to take responsibility for the inconvenience caused. This whole ordeal led to unnecessary travel, wasted time, and significant frustration. Appointments need to be properly logged, doctors should be informed in advance, and customer concerns should be addressed professionally. Sadly, my experience was well below expectations, and I am very dissatisfied with the service.
