Pleasant experience at Western Hospital

The atmosphere is nice. At the reception, the staff speaks softly and provides a thorough briefing. The doctor in the OPD was attentive, taking the time to listen, discuss, and diagnose with a calm demeanor, without disturbing the patients waiting outside. The pharmacy service was quick, although the salesperson there struggled a bit with English but still managed well. It would be great if they could set up a drinking water station near the OPD. Outstanding hospital service experience

The service here is excellent, with staff who are both polite and helpful. The nurses who took care of me were incredibly kind and professional. This hospital definitely stands out among the best when compared to most other private facilities. Keep up the great work!

Terrible Dental Experience

My experience at this dental clinic was awful. They skipped any x-rays or scans before filling my tooth. The filling was done poorly and led to more pain within a month. I eventually had to visit another clinic, Lush Battaramulla, where they performed a root canal to fix the issue. The dentist and overall service at Western Hospital Rajagiriya were very unprofessional and incompetent.

Great Service, Mosquito Issue

My wife was admitted to Western Hospital for the delivery of our baby, and I must say, the service was exceptional from start to finish. The doctors, nurses, and staff were all very friendly and attentive. The nurses truly put in the effort and showed genuine care for both the mother and baby. The room itself was quite spacious and comfortable, but my only complaint is that there were mosquitoes in the room. Management really needs to address this issue. The hospital charges were quite reasonable and felt well worth it. Overall, I was very pleased with how everything turned out. It would have been a 5-star experience if it weren't for the mosquito problem.

Exceptional service at the pharmacy

A couple of days ago, I visited the hospital pharmacy around 9:30 PM to pick up some medication. Although the pharmacy was closed, I found a young man outside who was very eager to help. He quickly provided my medications, which was a pleasant change from my previous experiences. He was polite and professional, taking the time to explain how to take each medicine properly and even guided me to the relevant consultant doctor. I’m giving this young man a 5-star rating. As an elderly person, I wish you the best, son. God bless.

Unprofessional Hidden Charges

I had a very disappointing experience. I scheduled a lactation counseling session through Doc990, but on the day of the appointment, I received a call saying I needed to make an extra payment at the hospital that was never mentioned when I booked. When I raised my concerns, they insisted I either pay the additional fee or cancel the appointment. After a lengthy argument, they finally agreed to give me a partial refund. Such last-minute hidden fees are incredibly unprofessional, especially in the healthcare field.
