    Extremely Poor Service Experience

    I experienced very poor service. I waited a long time for my turn, and then the pharmacist asked to take my turn for a child. Just as I was ready for my turn, the pharmacist requested to help another person. I don't understand why she acted this way—perhaps it was for monetary reasons or favoritism. Regardless, it felt unfair. Dr. Disanayake should take responsibility for this situation. Everyone is unwell, and time is valuable; it's not something to be taken lightly.
