    Staff Conduct Needs Improvement

    I want to share my concerns about the behavior of some staff members at Queens Hospital Nuwaraeliya. On my visit on August 31, 2026, I noticed that the staff were unhelpful and acted unprofessionally, seeming to disregard their responsibilities. This is a workplace, and it's essential for staff to conduct themselves properly and treat patients with respect. Moreover, patients weren't being called in accordance with their booking numbers, leading to confusion and lengthy wait times. I urge management to address this issue and ensure that staff maintain professionalism and that the patient queue system is adhered to. I hope this feedback contributes to improving the service for everyone.

    Frustrating experience with scheduling

    I was sent here by my insurance for a meeting at 10, but they informed me that there’s no doctor available until 4 PM. That’s just absurd.

    Frustratingly Slow Service

    I was really let down by the service here. Choosing a private channeling center and paying a premium should mean avoiding the long waits and chaos typical of public hospitals. Sadly, this place fails to deliver the efficiency you'd anticipate for the cost. I booked a specific time slot, but I ended up waiting several hours beyond my appointment. If the service is going to be this disorganized and late, there's no justification for the expense.

    Terrible service and cleanliness issues

    This is the worst place I've been to. The staff are very unhelpful and seem more focused on payments than on customer service. When I asked for a detailed bill, they refused to provide one. Additionally, the cleanliness was quite poor.
