    Frustrating Experience at Channeling Center

This was one of the worst channeling centers I've ever encountered. Initially, I was told a doctor would arrive at 2 PM, but shortly after, I received a call saying he would actually come around 3:30 PM. On the day of the appointment, I arrived at 3:30 PM, only to find out the doctor had already left. When I inquired at the front desk, they informed me that the doctor had come at 2 PM without notifying me. They mentioned that this is just how things go. I'm really disappointed and will never return to the Bladdy Amaya Channeling Center.

    Qualified doctors but service issues

My experience at this channeling center was relatively good compared to other reviews. Scheduling my appointment over the phone and handling payments went smoothly. My main issue was that the nurses occasionally vanished, leaving no one to assist during those moments. On the positive side, you do get to consult with highly qualified doctors here.

    Decent Service but Long Wait

The service at Amaya Medical Consultation Centre was decent, though I found the waiting time to be somewhat lengthy. The consultation itself was adequate, but it could have offered more depth. All in all, it was a pretty average experience.

    Frustrating cash-only policy

I had a really frustrating experience with the payment process here. I scheduled an appointment for my child, but when I got there, the cashier wouldn't accept card payments and said they only take cash. The only notice I saw in the reception area mentioned that 'vaccine payments' can't be made with a credit card, but they applied that rule to the entire consultation, which is quite misleading for parents who expect to use a card based on their signage. Make sure to bring enough cash if you plan to visit, since the management doesn't communicate these restrictions clearly.

    Difficult Booking Process

Booking appointments with Dr. Pathum Dissanayake is quite challenging, and the number issuance system is poorly managed. While the doctor himself is good, I wouldn’t recommend this place for consultations.

    Frustrating appointment experience

This was the worst experience I've had at a channeling center. I attempted to schedule an appointment with Dr. Pathum Dissanayake for a Saturday morning session on Friday. They instructed me to call after 6 AM on Saturday, but when I tried, the phone was constantly busy. After struggling for about 30 minutes, someone finally answered and informed me that the booking was already full. I really don't understand what kind of service this is.

    Frustrating clinic experience

This was possibly one of the worst experiences I've had at a clinic. When I asked the security guard about parking, he immediately gave me an attitude, stating that the parking was reserved only for doctors. I was just trying to find out where patients are supposed to park. After making an online payment of Rs. 2000, I went inside only to learn that there was an additional Rs. 2000 charge for seeing the doctor. I waited 40 minutes without any sign of the doctor. Then a nurse informed me that I needed to purchase a patient book because the doctor wouldn't see anyone without it. This was never mentioned before. I went to the pharmacy, bought the Rs. 45 book, and when I handed over Rs. 500 (as I didn't have smaller notes), they told me to find change myself. I explained that it shouldn't be my responsibility to provide change at their pharmacy. I took the book, saying I would pay for it after getting my medication. Overall, it felt disorganized, rude, and poorly managed from beginning to end. I'm still sitting here waiting for the doctor.
