Very Worst Nurses, They don't even care a patient who done a surgery. Their wound dressing also bad.

I want to express how rewarding it is to provide care here; it’s a wonderful facility for maternity services, and the wards are decent for staying with the patient.

I visited to get an x-ray for my foot, but was informed that the doctor wouldn't review it since he hadn't prescribed it. I later found out this was linked to some rivalry between channeling centers. Dr. Pothead Hemachanran should remember his Hippocratic Oath.

The doctors and nurses at this hospital provided invaluable assistance during an emergency we faced while vacationing in Sri Lanka. Thank you for your outstanding care and support.

I feel let down. 😔 I've been coming to this hospital since I was a child, but it seems things have really changed for the worse. I would have rated it just one star, but the kind-hearted owners deserve credit, so I settled on three stars. Yesterday, we came in for a neck X-ray. Before we parked, we confirmed that the X-ray was available and could be done right away. They assured us it could. After parking and paying, we were told to wait for the technician, who was supposedly on the way. We ended up waiting for 30 minutes, and then they asked us to change our clothes, even before the technician arrived. I’m puzzled why they needed us to change out of a collarless shirt for a neck X-ray 😂. After changing, the technician still didn’t show up. Eventually, they informed us that he was at a government hospital and couldn't make it. It’s simply unacceptable to mislead patients like this. Administration, please address these concerns and find a resolution.

The hospitality here was extremely lacking. To start, the receptionist requested payment and registered patients but provided incorrect information regarding the consultation arrival time. Additionally, the nurses seemed to only be capable of handling blood collection and wound care, which was disappointing.
