This is one of the worst hospitals I've ever been to, located in Trincomalee. My mother-in-law was admitted there, and they ended up administering more saline than was necessary. They also failed to provide us with a Disease Diagnosis Card and gave her an overdose. She is currently in a government hospital now. I strongly recommend steering clear of this hospital.

Check-in was decent, and parking was fine. However, I had to wait about half an hour at the pharmacy in the morning, which felt excessive. They did make an error on my pharmacy bill but corrected it, so I appreciate that.

I really appreciate the hospital staff. My symptoms vanished quickly, which is fantastic. However, I think that in a hospital setting, the cashier should avoid wearing slogan t-shirts. A simple blue t-shirt would be more appropriate.

There were a lot of mosquitoes and flies around. The place felt chaotic. Even though they provide numbers for seeing the doctors, it seems like the system doesn't really work. They do accept card payments, but the battery was dead, which makes it tough for patients who only have cash on hand.

My mom had a heart attack and was promptly attended to by the nurses and doctors. I'm thankful to everyone involved, especially the cardiologist who treated her so well.

For years, my father dealt with stomach pain, trying various medications from different clinics without success. After consulting with a surgeon at Dhanvanthraii Hospital, he underwent keyhole surgery to remove a gallbladder stone. Now, he’s completely pain-free. We are grateful to the surgeon and the attentive staff.

The customer service here is the worst. People only come because there aren't any other options available. The nurses act like they're in charge of the hospital, especially the one at the reception. It's very unprofessional. If you have the chance, I suggest going somewhere else.

1. They are still relying on an outdated system. After a power outage, it takes almost an hour for the system to reboot once the power returns. The service is very poor. 2. In such a large hospital, there’s only one digital BP monitor available. Even during patient checks, nurses take it away. The service is again very poor. 3. The customer care and patient experience are both lacking. Overall, the service is very poor.

The care at this facility was extremely poor. I was scheduled for a 5pm appointment, but the doctor didn’t arrive until around 6pm. Additionally, the Tamil nurses were unhelpful and did not prioritize patients according to their appointment order. I left feeling very let down, as it seemed like they only catered to Tamil patients. I consulted Dr. Sanjeewa Wijerathne and found the nurses lacked efficiency.

I came here today after injuring my toe while snorkeling at Pigeon Island. The doctor attended to me within just 5 minutes. She thoroughly cleaned my wound and bandaged it up, plus I received a tetanus shot and some antibiotics. I appreciated her kindness and how she kept me informed throughout the process. She also provided some additional paperwork for my insurance. The service was really impressive. However, I did have to wait to settle my bill and pick up my medicine, and they only accept cash. From a European perspective, I found the hygiene to be somewhat lacking. While everything used on my wound was sterile and new, the waiting and examination rooms didn’t meet the cleanliness standards I’m used to in Europe. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend this place to other tourists in need of medical help!
