The customer service here is really poor. The responses are slow, and today the staff treated me very badly. I would never recommend a place like this. They seem to discriminate against customers.

I stopped by W.A. Silva Mawathe last week around 5:45 AM, and it was already open. They have a wide selection of bakery items, all fresh. The service was also excellent. Thank you!

I visited Everyday Bakery on W.A. Silva Mawathe with my father today. Although the food was quite good, we had a really disappointing encounter with the staff. My elderly father accidentally spilled his Nescafé, and rather than responding with understanding, the staff were rude and showed a lack of basic respect. One staff member was preoccupied with a phone call, while the other was unfriendly, even after we apologized. A little kindness and patience would go a long way, especially when interacting with older customers. I hope management takes note and enhances their customer service.
