While congratulating your bakery for the best products, I also wish to give my feed back for improvement. Sometimes the the seal is not done properly and the product pops out from sealed polythene pack. I got the the chance to visit most of your out let’s and to my surprise all your cash register keeps showing “00” on the customer’s side when items are scanned or when the prices are put in. This issue is against the price control ordinance. Thank you.

The customer service here is really poor. The responses are slow, and today the staff treated me very badly. I would never recommend a place like this. They seem to discriminate against customers.

I stopped by W.A. Silva Mawathe last week around 5:45 AM, and it was already open. They have a wide selection of bakery items, all fresh. The service was also excellent. Thank you!

I visited Everyday Bakery on W.A. Silva Mawathe with my father today. Although the food was quite good, we had a really disappointing encounter with the staff. My elderly father accidentally spilled his Nescafé, and rather than responding with understanding, the staff were rude and showed a lack of basic respect. One staff member was preoccupied with a phone call, while the other was unfriendly, even after we apologized. A little kindness and patience would go a long way, especially when interacting with older customers. I hope management takes note and enhances their customer service.
