    Frustratingly Poor Service Experience

    The service at Cooperative Hospital Ratnapura is simply unacceptable. We were instructed to arrive at 7:30 AM, yet it’s now 9:30 AM and there’s still no sign of a doctor. We've been waiting for nearly two hours without any clear explanation about when the doctor might show up. Why provide patients with a specific time if the hospital doesn't plan to adhere to it? Patients have jobs, responsibilities, and their own schedules to consider. Making people wait for hours without proper communication is incredibly frustrating and reflects a total disregard for patients' time.

    Long Wait for Appointment

    We were told to arrive by 5:00 pm, so we got here at 4:45 pm. Now it’s 6:15 pm and the doctor still hasn’t arrived. The nurses mentioned that the doctor usually comes around 6:30 pm. Why didn’t they inform us of this when we scheduled the appointment?
