Disappointing Service at 24/7 Facility
Despite being marketed as a 24/7 facility, we found that there wasn't a single doctor present when we arrived today for treatment. We had no choice but to leave. Truly disappointing.

Terrible Experience with Medical Staff
The service here is extremely lacking, and both the doctor and nurses are not up to par. I cannot recommend this place for patients at all. The doctor seemed hesitant to remove a patient's catheter and suggested transferring disabled patients to a general hospital in Colombo. On top of that, the charges are exorbitant.

Reliable emergency care experience
I had to seek emergency treatment twice around 5 to 6 pm, and both times the care I received was commendable. The staff treated me well and I was examined by a doctor. I felt well supported during both visits. I haven't experienced their services at midnight, but overall, this place is a much better option for emergency situations. There's space to park 2 to 3 vehicles, and the staff is great. Keep up the good work!

Supportive hospital staff
On the evening of October 19, 2023, around 6:30 PM, we found ourselves in an emergency situation. The staff was extremely supportive and accommodating throughout our visit. The doctor was very kind, and the entire team showed a great deal of compassion. Their charges were reasonable, with no hidden fees or extra payments. Overall, it was a very good hospital experience.

Poor service and hygiene standards
The service at this care home is awful, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The staff consists mainly of young trainees who lack experience. I placed my father here, and being elderly, he requires assistance with walking and using a urine tube. Unfortunately, the nurses don’t know how to properly change the tubes, resulting in messes on his bed and him lying in urine. The hygiene levels are extremely poor.
