Poor facilities and service

The conditions here are terrible. There’s no water in the toilet, and no fans. It seems like only the staff benefit from the air conditioning. They really need to take better care of the patients, many of whom are elderly. I would prefer a government hospital, even if it costs over 50,000.

Severe delays and poor organization

I was told to be there at 2 p.m. for the procedure, but the doctor only showed up at 7 p.m. As a result, the operation didn't start until 9:30 p.m. This delay was extremely stressful and inconvenient. The organization was very poor.

Lack of punctuality and responsibility

There was a complete lack of punctuality. The doctor was scheduled to arrive at 2 pm, yet there were almost 30 patients, including school children in their uniforms, waiting. The staff informed us that the doctor would be delayed until 4 pm, and shortly after, they announced the doctor wouldn't be coming at all. They wasted both the time and money that people spent to get there and acted irresponsibly throughout the situation.

Punctuality Needs Improvement

This is a decent place, but they really need to work on their punctuality. My father was told to arrive at 2 PM for an operation, but they didn’t start until around 5 PM. Patients had to wait far too long. They definitely need to address this issue.

The issue was punctuality. Not happening things at the right time. Other than that I almost saw no issues.
