We spent three weeks at the Fairview Hotel in Colombo during July and August 2025. Most of our time was spent at the hotel, and we only traveled out briefly to visit family and friends. The hotel’s central location is a significant advantage, making it convenient for our needs.

I had dinner with my family and we decided to try the crabs prepared in Jaffna style. I spoke with Siva, who was a nice gentleman and really enhanced our experience. The food was excellent. I highly recommend this place for crab enthusiasts.

Excellent value for the cost. The room was roomy, tidy, and quite comfortable, featuring a cozy bed and effective air conditioning. The bathroom was spotless, although it only offered shampoo and hand wash. Check-in was efficient and easy. Breakfast exceeded expectations for the price.
