I had a really good massage. The staff was warm and welcoming. Diah provided an excellent massage experience. However, I felt the massage room could use a bit more cleaning, especially since I had to request a change for the shower mat, considering the spa's pricing.

My wife and I had an incredible time at 12 Star Spa! We both enjoyed foot massages, and our therapists, Diah and Koma, were simply outstanding. They were highly skilled, attentive, and ensured we were completely at ease the whole time. We walked away feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend 12 Star Spa, with a special shoutout to Diah and Koma.

I had a 135-minute body scrub and massage, and my masseur Amali was excellent. She applied just the right amount of pressure and had a great understanding of the knots in my body and how to address them. The session cost me 18,800 LKR, but it was definitely worth it. The establishment was clean and professional.

The team here is incredibly professional, and the facility meets all international standards. The owner is a classy gentleman who is attentive and kind to all guests; I felt fortunate to meet him. My masseur was Mr. Amila, whose professionalism and experience stood out. He was very careful with any injuries and treated them with great attention. His knowledge is impressive. I even included a picture of my whoop stress monitoring data to demonstrate how effective his treatment was; my recovery metrics were incredible, measured with a highly accurate device. This place is amazing, and I plan to visit every time I’m in Sri Lanka.

The place was very welcoming and spotless. I enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing massage therapy from Miss Ayu, which really boosted my energy for the next day. I also encountered a very friendly masseuse at the reception, Mr. Amila, who surprisingly spoke to me in my language 😊 (Russian) and took the time to explain everything. I would absolutely recommend this place. Thank you so much!

The ambiance here is calm and tranquil, featuring gentle lighting and music, and the service is top-notch. My massage therapist, Diah, was amazing. Her technique was wonderfully relaxing, applying just the right amount of pressure to target deeper pressure points while maintaining a comfortable and soothing experience. The pressure was perfectly adjusted throughout the session. I would definitely recommend her.

Every visit is a delight! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This spa is well-managed, featuring a friendly and inviting receptionist. It has a soothing atmosphere that instantly relaxes you. Impeccably clean and hygienic, which is essential nowadays. Diah, my therapist, is amazing. She has a calming presence, a warm personality, and her massage technique is always spot on. Whether you're feeling sore from the gym or fatigued from traveling, she truly knows how to provide a relaxing and balanced treatment. If you're looking for a quality massage, she enhances the entire experience. Highly recommended! 👌👌👌

Great price They do a great job, treat you with care, and give excellent oil massages. The person who works here is Gita from Bali, and she's very efficient and friendly!

12-Star Spa is the finest spa in the Colombo region! The setting is tranquil, ideal for unwinding. The therapists are highly skilled, especially Komang, who truly understands sore areas. "The therapists are cheerful, always smiling, and their strength is impressive."

This is the best spa I've ever encountered, with excellent service. The place is immaculate, the rooms are clean, and there's no unpleasant odor. Additionally, the staff is kind and humble; I especially appreciated Komang's service. I’m giving this a 5-star rating!
