Fantastic Nail Experience with Samalika
I absolutely loved having my nails done by Samalika! She applied acrylic extensions with gel color, and they look beautiful. Samalika is incredibly sweet, patient, and really takes her time to ensure everything is perfect. I'm very pleased with my nails and would highly recommend her! 💅

Limited Color Options
The staff was friendly and provided good customer service. Unfortunately, they didn't have many shades of popular colors like pink and red, so we couldn't get what we wanted and had to settle for the options available. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory.

Disappointing Experience at Havelock City
I scheduled a soak-off, pedicure, and gel color application at your Havelock City location on February 27th at 8:00 pm. Unfortunately, only the soak-off was completed during the first hour. After that, I had to wait while the staff member, Senani, attended to another client before getting back to my service. By 9:07, I was still left waiting, which is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. This kind of poor time management undermines the whole point of making an appointment. Senani's only explanation was a simple, "sorry, it was just a delay," which is not acceptable considering the situation. I've had positive experiences in the past, but this incident forced me to lower my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. It only takes one bad experience to change everything. If necessary, you can confirm my visit at the Havelock City branch on the date and time mentioned. I truly hope you take responsibility and enhance your scheduling and customer service.

Excellent Acrylic Nail Experience
I had my nails done at Nails Spa located in Havelock City Mall (basement level) on February 21, 2026, opting for acrylic nails with gel polish. Since this was my first acrylic experience in Sri Lanka and I usually get them done on my natural nails without extensions, I felt a bit anxious initially. So, I asked a few questions when making the appointment, and they answered me politely and clearly. From the moment I entered, the experience was delightful. The nail technician, Wasim (if I remember correctly), was incredibly gentle and exhibited remarkable professionalism throughout the process. The service was thorough, and I felt completely relaxed and well looked after. I would certainly return whenever I need my nails done—highly recommend for their quality, care, and professionalism.

Great staff, poor management issues
As a client who has visited this salon several times, I feel it's crucial to share my honest thoughts. The staff are genuinely wonderful, skilled, and attentive, but the overall vibe is negatively impacted by the manager, Shiromani. She often seems unwelcoming, rarely offers a smile, and tends to cut clients off before they can fully express their needs. This makes for an uncomfortable experience, particularly in a space where people hope to feel relaxed and listened to. I've also noticed her speaking to the staff in a dismissive and disrespectful way, which is troubling. The staff are dedicated and professional, but how they are treated seems to influence the overall atmosphere. There also seem to be problems with appointment management and organization. At times, the staff juggle multiple tasks, such as answering calls and handling front desk duties, even while attending to clients, which can disrupt the flow of service. It's disappointing because the staff deliver excellent service, but the management style detracts from what could be a truly enjoyable experience.
