Unique Selection and Convenient Ordering
This place offers a diverse selection of items that you typically won't come across in a standard bookshop. Plus, they accept orders via PickMe, which is an added benefit.

Solid products but slow online service
I've ordered books from them multiple times, and sadly, my online orders have frequently been delayed—often taking more than two weeks. It seems the store doesn’t manage online orders directly, and the team in charge hasn't been very quick to respond in the past. That said, my latest order was a bit more hopeful. After several attempts, I finally managed to get in touch, and communication appeared to improve this time, though there's still more to be desired. The quality of their products is excellent, and they provide online discounts throughout the year, which is a significant advantage. However, it's annoying when they inform you that items are unavailable right after you've placed an order. Overall, they have great products and offers, but their consistency and customer service for online orders definitely need improvement.
