I was really disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of the staff at this so-called private hospital. My mother went there seeking vaccination information, which should have taken just a minute or two, especially since I had traveled from another country. The nurse initially said, "No, you can’t meet the doctor; go ask in the pharmacy." I asked my mother to insist on speaking with the doctor directly, since last time we received wrong information from the nurses about the vaccine's availability. This time, I wanted to make sure we got the correct info. Yet, the nurse rudely repeated, "No, can’t ask." To make matters worse, she insisted we pay for a consultation just to ask a simple question. It felt like they were trying to profit off basic information. My mother struggled to explain our situation, so I had her put the call on speaker. Even then, the nurse refused to talk to me, and I had to raise my voice to clarify things. During that call, the nurse walked away with an attitude. After she communicated something to the doctor, he ended up harshly addressing my sister, echoing the nurse's misinformation. When they left, all the nurses laughed mockingly at my mom and sister, which was incredibly unprofessional. We don't plan to visit with our child without paying for a consultation just to get vaccination info. The hospital staff should provide accurate information, especially after my previous consultation with Dr. Ajanthan, where I trusted him completely for my child's care. It's disheartening that he scolded my sister without verifying the facts, taking the nurse's word instead. This kind of behavior damages the hospital's reputation, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I went to the royal hospital for treatment for a medical condition. I really recommend it without hesitation.

My experience at this hospital was awful. The service was very unprofessional and chaotic. The doctors were aggressive, asked inappropriate questions, and even made negative comments about other hospitals. When it came to diagnosing, they failed to provide a clear answer and instead listed four or five potential illnesses just to cover all their bases. Additionally, punctuality was nonexistent; a doctor who was supposed to arrive at 5:30 PM didn't show up until about 8:30 PM. This place is poorly managed and disorganized. I strongly recommend that people steer clear of it.

I had a really disappointing visit to this hospital. My appointment was set for 5:30 PM, but the doctor didn't show up until 7:15 PM. When I inquired with the staff about the delay, they casually mentioned that this is a common issue and there was nothing they could do about it. I get that delays happen, but waiting almost two hours without any proper notification is simply unacceptable. It's crucial for hospitals and doctors to value patients' time and handle appointments with more care. Regardless of a doctor's expertise, being on time and showing professionalism are just as vital. I really hope the hospital takes this feedback into account and works on improving their appointment scheduling.

I visited this hospital for an initial consultation. When I met with the doctor, he didn’t even inquire about my health issue first. Instead, he immediately asked if I was allergic to any medications. I explained that I had previously had an allergic reaction to medicine prescribed by this hospital, but since I don’t often take medication, I couldn’t recall the name of the tablet. When I said I didn’t know, the doctor responded, "Pissek, don't you know what medicine you got allergic to? Didn't you go to school?" Feeling unwell and emotionally fragile, I found his comments to be hurtful and unprofessional. Patients come to a hospital seeking treatment and respect, not insults. After that interaction, I decided I didn’t want to continue with his consultation and left. I am very disappointed with how I was treated.
