I found the hotel to be quite disappointing. The rooms were not well kept and cleanliness was lacking. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, which made my stay very uncomfortable. Throughout the night, there was a strange and disturbing noise in the room that made it hard to get any sleep. In general, the place seemed neglected and not well cared for. The only bright spot was that the internet connection was fairly good.

I wasn't very impressed with the service at AIDA. The breakfast selection was quite limited. Despite requesting an Indian breakfast ahead of time, all we received were fruits and coconut water. When I asked for a sandwich, the manager declined, even though we had already paid in full for the breakfast.

The therapists here are incredibly skilled and communicate excellently in English. I arrived with pain and they resolved it swiftly. Hi, we're back in the UK safe and sound. I just wanted to reach out on behalf of our group of six. Our stay at your hotel was fantastic; you should be very proud of your team, who were incredibly helpful and friendly, always with a smile. We really appreciated the switch to larger rooms and that we could keep them until our departure. Sorry we didn’t get to say goodbye to the staff since we left at 7pm when it was quieter. Thank you once again for everything, and you should definitely promote your hotel more online—it truly deserves greater recognition.

I had a fantastic time at the ayurveda resort. The warm hospitality and the treatments addressing my main concerns truly stood out. Dr. Radha was remarkable in her care. I want to express my gratitude to my therapists, Priyanka and Rasika, for their dedication in making my stay so relaxing. The entire experience was very fulfilling, and my husband and I are definitely planning to return after our trip to the U.K. Lastly, the front office team was also wonderful, especially Akila and Ruvini.
