This place is just a short walk from the beach, and it’s clean and peaceful. Sam made us feel welcomed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. I would definitely recommend it. Thank you!!!

We spent a few nights here during our time in Trinco. Sam was a fantastic host—super friendly and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The room was delightful, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach, bars, shops, and restaurants. It was very quiet and relaxing! I would definitely recommend this place.

This is genuinely the best place to stay in Trincomalee! The rooms are incredibly clean and spacious, and the common areas are lovely. It's just a short walk to both the beach and the local town. Our rooms also had lockable storage. Sam was a fantastic host, frequently checking in on us and allowing us to sample his cooking and coffee! He really made our stay memorable. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Trinco! We were quite sad to leave.

This was the ideal place for us in Trincomalee! Sam and his brother have built a wonderful environment where you feel completely secure and well taken care of! We were genuinely sad to leave after our four-night stay! It had everything we needed, and it was just a 3-minute walk to the beach! Since we visited during the low season, it was quiet, which was perfect for us as we spent our days busy with our scuba diving course! We cherished our conversations with Sam and already miss him dearly; he is such a kind-hearted man who truly made us feel at home, even from thousands of miles away! You don’t need to look any further; this is the place for you! Location: 10/10 - Just a two-minute stroll from the beach and conveniently near all the restaurants. Ambiance: 10/10 - A lovely and inviting courtyard with plenty of room to unwind. Rooms: 9/10 - We reserved a private room and were very pleased; the AC was impressively strong! The only downside was that the wifi was occasionally unreliable. What truly distinguishes this hotel is the host, Sam. He is genuinely one of the friendliest and most compassionate individuals I’ve ever encountered. We shared numerous wonderful conversations, with him sharing various stories—some humorous, some touching, but all captivating. He also provided us with fantastic recommendations for food, drinks, and activities. Sam, you made our trip to Sri Lanka even more memorable. Thank you immensely for your warmth and hospitality.
