The accommodation is impeccably clean and features six rooms, with no cottages. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are modern and tidy, and the beds are comfortable with quality linen. There’s a small porch or veranda that offers a lovely view of the beach and a fantastic sunrise. Additionally, there's a fridge in the hallway/office to keep your beer cold.

This is a fantastic spot to stay in Trincomalee, conveniently located near the city center and Dutch Bay beach. The rooms are cozy and the bathrooms are decent. The lobby is nicely decorated with ocean-themed items, which enhances the seaside atmosphere. You're just steps away from the stunning, crystal-clear Dutch Bay beach, which is safe for swimming. Despite being a busy beach with fishing activities, it's relatively clean. From the hotel, you can also catch views of the renowned Koneswaram temple and Swami Rock. The owner is very welcoming, and while there isn't a restaurant on the premises, there are plenty of dining options within walking distance. I highly recommend this place for your stay!

The venue was decent overall. However, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff member overseeing the area was quite unfriendly and rude, showing little flexibility. He insisted we move into our rooms by 11:00 PM, and his tone was quite harsh. Additionally, we noticed some bedsheets that were dirty and had stains. On a positive note, the location offers a great view and features a less crowded beach.

This place is fantastic, with a generous and friendly owner, and the rooms are right by the beach. I loved watching the sunrise. I would definitely recommend it to beach lovers, as the beach is clean, sandy, and the water is pretty clear. If you enjoy having a drink in the evening, the terrace is a wonderful spot. The cottage is ideally situated right by the beach, offering stunning sunrise views! The rooms are comfortable and roomy, and the air conditioning functions perfectly. The staff was always ready to assist with anything I needed, day or night.

Mr. Ramanan, the owner, personally greeted us upon our late check-in. We found our rooms to be clean, equipped with towels, and the bathrooms had good water pressure along with hot water. The air conditioning was also working well. During our trip, my friend lost his room key while jet skiing, but the owner was very understanding and helped us access our room late at night. We felt bad for the trouble we caused him. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot to stay right on the beach in Trincomalee.

I stayed here a few months back and encountered some serious issues. There were bugs in the bed, and I found it frustrating that there was no Wi-Fi available. Additionally, they didn’t provide any drinking water, toiletries, or even a towel. There wasn't even a log book entry for the hotel. Overall, it felt very shady, and the manager was quite problematic.

We spent a few days here, and it was wonderful. The tables at the front offer a lovely view of the sea, making it a fantastic place to unwind in the evenings. The staff were delightful and friendly. Our room was cozy and clean, equipped with both air conditioning and a fan. It's a tranquil location away from the bustling town, yet within walking distance to the fort and other beaches. Additionally, there's a fantastic local bar called Mirandas just down the street, along with several budget-friendly hotel restaurants close by. Overall, it was a lovely stay, ideal for budget travelers and very affordable.

This place was perfect for us - right on the beach, private yet close to town, and excellent for swimming. The snorkeling just a short walk down the beach is fantastic, and you can easily arrange snorkeling gear or boat trips next door.

The room was basic but included everything we needed like a refrigerator, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. There’s a shared terrace with tables and chairs, plus utensils available, all overlooking a stunning beach. To the right, near the rocks, we found fantastic snorkeling with a variety of fish. You can even rent a kayak right at the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, and the owner was incredibly kind—he answered all our queries and offered valuable advice! He even arranged a great transfer to Colombo in a comfortable car! We really appreciated the pleasant stay and excellent service!
