Disappointing stay with poor service

This was the worst hotel experience I've had. The service left a lot to be desired, and the rooms were dirty. The so-called manager seemed more focused on making excuses than offering any apologies. We had booked a dinner buffet, but it was only available for 30 minutes because they insisted we needed to hurry due to another reservation. We were only offered five food items, while the original menu listed ten. After reading some positive reviews, I hoped it wouldn't be that bad, but I found the same issues others mentioned in their feedback. Thank you for ruining our day. If you think you’ll be okay here like I did, you won’t! Do yourself a favor and save your day while you can!

Great food and clean pool

The location is nice, and the pool is both clean and enjoyable. The food is truly fantastic, and the service is spot on. We reserved two family rooms; while the rooms and bathrooms aren't perfect, they are worth the price we paid. I would definitely recommend this place.

Mixed Experience with Room Quality

We spent two nights at this hotel. Upon our arrival, we were asked to cancel our booking on booking.com, which we suspected was an attempt to avoid a negative review, in exchange for a supposedly better room. The first disappointment was the small, unclean room we were given, which bore little resemblance to the photos on the booking site. The gym, a key reason for choosing this place, was a letdown as none of the equipment was functional. Additionally, we discovered that the door to the shared balcony couldn’t be locked. When we expressed our desire to cancel our booking entirely, they offered us a large, yet still quite dirty, bungalow. Overall, the property seems like it could have been nice at one point, but it's clearly not being well maintained.

Disappointing Checkout Experience

We visited for a family holiday with a large group of 30. The checkout process was quite upsetting as they tried to charge us for broken mirrors in rooms 6 and 10. Both mirrors had damage at the corners that clearly occurred during installation. Room 10 was occupied by my 70-year-old parents, who certainly didn't break the mirror, and in my own room, the mirror was already damaged when we arrived. I didn't think to bring it up since there were other issues, like the door that only stayed closed when locked and was tricky to operate. Be wary, especially of the overweight manager, who was dishonest and generally unpleasant. However, the tall guy on the right in the attached picture was friendly and helpful. As a large group, we felt unwelcomed and received sour treatment. Upon arrival, they suggested we cancel our booking via booking.com, likely because they saw us as easy targets and wanted to avoid negative feedback. The gym is practically useless with no working equipment. The pool is lovely, but the water was too warm, and the floor was too hot to walk on. They did provide plenty of towels. Overall, maintenance is lacking and cleanliness is an issue. It seems like the place used to be nice but has really gone downhill.

Disappointing stay with poor service

Our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The service left much to be desired, and the food fell short of what we expected. When we booked, we were shown a different menu, but upon arrival, we found the selections to be very limited, mainly just fried rice and curry. The room conditions were also lacking. The bathroom was unclean, there were bugs in the bed, and no tea or coffee supplies were provided. We didn’t even receive the welcome drink until after dinner, and that was only after we inquired about it. Additionally, there was a persistent unpleasant odor around the area. When we brought these issues to attention, the person claiming to be the owner blamed our late check-in rather than resolving the problems. He didn’t offer an apology, which really highlighted a lack of professionalism. All in all, this was a very unpleasant stay, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Disappointing Room Conditions

We reserved five rooms (two family rooms, one double, and two triples) for RS 109,000 on a half-board basis. Unfortunately, all the rooms were unclean and had a strong odor. None of the TVs functioned, and in two of the rooms, the toilet flush was broken while the shower had issues as well.
