The worst hospital experience i ever had in sri lanka.

This was hands down the worst hospital experience I have ever had. Making us wait over 2 grueling hours just to hand over a medical report is completely incompetent and disrespectful of our time. To make matters worse, when we finally entered the doctor's room, he was incredibly dismissive, rude, and a massive disappointment to talk to. He showed absolutely no empathy or care. This facility operates with zero efficiency and zero respect for paying patients.Option 2: Focus on Incompetence . (Pls never visit this privet hospital )

I had a really disappointing experience at Asia Maharagama. We went for a consultation and paid the required fee, having been told that the doctor would be available by 5:00 PM. However, we ended up waiting more than an hour beyond that time without any updates. When we inquired at the front desk, the nurse simply said, “We don’t know, you have to wait. She will come.” This kind of communication and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially when patients are paying for a service and expect timely updates. At the very least, patients should be informed about delays instead of being left waiting in silence.

Poor experience with security staff

On June 2, 2028, at 7 PM, I visited this place seeking some services. However, the way the security guard spoke to me in the parking lot was quite unpleasant, as if he owned the place. I decided not to park and just turned around, heading somewhere else instead. Management, take note.
