The staff here are wonderful. I just came in fresh from the ocean with a head injury that required 7 stitches. They took great care of me. Thank you so much! I hope I won't need to return, but I've saved the address just in case. 😉

They really seem to take advantage of vulnerable people, and their skills are lacking. I injured my leg and needed a simple cleaning to prevent infection, but I was left waiting for a long time even though the place was empty. They charged me $10 for this! Overall, they clearly lack experience and professionalism. I recommend finding another place that actually knows what they're doing and has some integrity.

I visited this place yesterday to inquire about the cost of my appendicitis surgery. They informed me that they do not perform surgeries. However, their sign clearly states that they have an operating theater. Additionally, the word "Hospital" is included in their name. This establishment is neither a hospital nor does it have an operating theater. Why engage in misleading advertising? How can we trust your services when you deceive your customers? I cannot recommend this place as a reliable option.

I sought some medical advice to alleviate my worries, and the doctors were incredibly attentive and understanding. They didn't push any unnecessary services on me. The customer service was both friendly and efficient.

Although there's some construction happening, the halls and rooms were exceptionally tidy. The pharmacy may not be large, but it had all the medications I needed. The staff was alright, and the doctors were very approachable. You can fully explain your condition without them cutting you off like in many other places. I hope it stays this way.

The doctor was kind, but a four-minute visit cost me $30 for blood pressure monitoring. In comparison, the hospital charges only $10. They also lack an X-ray machine, and the medication priced at $4 had two out of three prescribed items unavailable. I visited after falling in the shower and hitting my back against the toilet border. I wouldn't recommend this place, not even to someone I dislike.

The receptionists assured us they would send documentation in English for our insurance company, but we haven't heard back from them. We attempted to reach out multiple times via WhatsApp. While on-site, we asked twice to confirm it would be sent. I’m giving it 2 stars solely for the excellent care provided by the doctors.
