Rude Service Experience
Hello. On March 17, 2025, I tried calling but received no answer. I eventually got a callback around 6:12 PM, and a lady spoke to me. She was incredibly rude and lacked any sense of discipline. Having someone like her in customer service is problematic; even if the doctor is great, it makes you not want to return. I kindly request that the doctor speak with this lady and advise her to treat others better. I felt really bad and disappointed. Keeping someone like her in customer service or the call center tarnishes the doctor's good reputation as well.

Disappointing experience with lack of care
I cannot recommend this place! The whole time, she was preoccupied with her phone and showed no interest in listening to me. At the start of the session, she set an alarm and just waited for it to go off. When I expressed my concerns, she brushed them off, claiming there was nothing wrong with me. I felt humiliated and worse after leaving her office. Patients deserve respect, especially since we are paying for consultations and not seeking free advice. It was a really disappointing experience! This occurred back in 2017, and I just found the receipt, which prompted me to share my experience.

Excellent care and communication
Dr. Shanez was attentive and took the time to listen to my concerns, explaining everything in a clear manner. Her friendly approach made it easy for me to open up. After the session, I felt reassured and well cared for, and I genuinely valued her clarity and kindness. I highly recommend her!

Disappointing experience with service
The appointment started late, and the service was very casual. The restaurant itself was also quite messy. To make matters worse, she was frequently on her phone, taking calls, and yelling during conversations. I can't recommend this place!

Terrible experience with the counsellor
This is the most judgmental counsellor I've ever encountered! For her, it was all about money and time. Besides that, she just judged me! I cannot recommend her at all! If you're facing mental struggles, you’ll only feel worse after visiting her. Avoid her at all costs!
