I've taken every phone I've owned to Ridmika Mobile, and they always provide outstanding service. The customer care is friendly, and their prices are fair, with discounts available. I took my phone in for repairs and was charged 31k, with the promise of an original screen. However, since then, the screen has been malfunctioning. They guaranteed it would work properly, but it seems like they used a low-quality replacement instead.

I visited Ridmika Mobile in Nugegoda because I saw an ad for a used Samsung S24 Ultra they had. My first visit left me quite impressed, and I felt confident about the business. The staff member I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t pressure me into pricier options. Instead, he suggested trade-in devices as a better value. The owner was also welcoming and offered a small discount with a few freebies, which made me feel comfortable enough to plan on returning to buy the phone. Before leaving, I made it clear that I would be back on Monday to purchase the phone. To ensure there were no misunderstandings, I even called again on Saturday to confirm my intention to buy it. I was told the phone was still available and that they had several units in stock. I should mention that I was informed about a deposit requirement to reserve the phone, but if I couldn’t pick it up within a few days, they would sell it and I would lose my deposit. That should have been my first warning sign. However, when I returned on Monday with cash ready, I was told the phone had already been sold, even though we had confirmed just two days prior that I would be coming back for it. The situation became more frustrating as the explanations kept changing when I pressed for clarity. The same staff member who was once helpful became dismissive, stating that if I was “serious,” I should have left a deposit, despite being led to believe the phone would still be available. My disappointment isn’t about the phone being sold; I understand that stock changes. The real issue was the inconsistency, poor communication, and lack of professionalism. What began as a genuinely positive experience ended up feeling unreliable and mishandled. Based on my experience, I recommend that buyers exercise caution and not rely solely on verbal promises regarding stock availability. The initial customer service was excellent, but the follow-through raised concerns about how other issues, like warranties or after-sales support, might be handled. A very disappointing end to what initially seemed like a trustworthy buying experience. Edit - After seeing the negative reviews, I’m actually glad I didn’t end up buying this phone from your shop.

This is a solid spot for mobile phone and laptop repairs. The prices are fair, and they offer a diverse range of services. When I stopped by, the shop was packed, so I had to wait a bit even for a quick task. Still, there are plenty of staff members, and they seem to be friendly and helpful. All in all, a trustworthy place, but expect some delays during peak times.

I had a very disappointing experience with Ridmika Mobile. I ended up paying three times to replace my phone's charging pin at this shop, but unfortunately, each replacement only lasted about 3–4 months. After the first repair failed, I gave them another chance and paid for a second replacement, but that one also failed within the same timeframe. I then paid for a third replacement, and once again, the same issue occurred. I don't think it's typical for the same repair to fail three times in such a short span. This really makes me question either the quality of the parts they use or the standard of their repair work. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this shop for charging pin repairs. I suggest potential customers think carefully before spending their money here.

My visit was quite average, though the menu features a good variety of items as shown in the picture. One downside is the slow service. Overall, their work is clean and efficient, and the customer service is excellent, with prices that are fairly reasonable. I rated it three stars because of the delays and the occasional lack of focus from the staff. If you have the time and it’s not urgent, you might consider stopping by.
