Disappointing Experience with Care
My family member was admitted here last month, and honestly, the experience from January to now has been a nightmare. The nurses? Extremely rude to both patients and their families. When they make a mistake, they turn it around and blame you. The doctors? It’s the same issue. They show zero compassion and patience. These are cancer patients who require kindness and care, not this cold, arrogant demeanor. Due to a nurse's error, my family member developed another illness. Instead of taking responsibility, they pointed fingers at us. The wards are overcrowded, with broken beds, and there’s no proper area for caretakers to sit—you're stuck on a stool for hours. Even after significant surgery, when we requested a proper bed, the response was simply, "You’re not the only one here." Everything feels disorganized and careless. A few doctors and nurses are nice, but that’s only about 2 out of 20. The rest seem to think they’re doing you a favor just by being there. As a taxpayer, I’m frustrated. As a human, I’m appalled. If you have any other option, choose it. This place will exhaust you emotionally before it provides any treatment.
