Our experience at this clinic left us very disappointed. During my mother's consultation, there was a tense interaction that made our family feel uneasy and worried. We didn't receive the level of professionalism and respect we anticipated from a healthcare provider. As a result of this experience, we've chosen to look for medical care elsewhere.

I took my mother to Kandy Private Hospital for her cataract surgery. The hospital is calm, quiet, and clean, though it has an older feel, it’s well-kept. The pricing was fair, which is a positive aspect. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short. The atmosphere felt very rushed, and there was a lack of respect for patient privacy—it felt more like a government facility rather than a private one. We encountered unnecessary delays that added to the stress of the situation. I anticipated a more organized and patient-focused service from a private healthcare provider. Given this experience, I cannot recommend this hospital for eye surgeries.

This place is a solid option in Kandy for basic outpatient department services, channeling, lab tests, and pharmacy needs, especially since it tends to be much less crowded compared to Asiri or Suwasevana. On the downside, card payments can only be processed at the main reception, which means you have to make multiple trips if you're receiving treatment in different areas. Having card machines in key departments would greatly improve the experience. Additionally, parking is quite limited.
