I recently needed a rare medication called Praziquantel for an uncommon illness that affects my neighbor's child. I searched everywhere for this medicine, and finally found it at Raj Medicals. Mr. Aanand provided us with outstanding service, getting us the medicine without any delays. He even donated the medication without a moment’s hesitation. Thank you so much for helping us save a child's life.

I had the worst experience at the Keels outlet on Wiliamgopallawa Mawatha in Kandy. I would never recommend buying any medical items or tools from them, as they show no responsibility at all. The customer service was the worst I've encountered. If they continue this way, Keels will ruin their reputation.

I visited this place yesterday to pick up some medicine, and the staff were extremely rude. They didn't provide me with the correct medication and failed to follow the doctor's instructions. I have to return soon for someone's ear piercing, but I’m not looking forward to it, especially because of that bearded, hairy guy.

I stopped by this pharmacy around 10 a.m. to pick up some medications, but I was really let down by the service. The environment felt hectic, with staff shouting to customers from all over like it was a market. During my visit, one employee abruptly left to help another customer, which left my transaction unfinished. Another staff member then asked for payment without showing me the bill or informing me of the medicine's cost. I couldn’t help but wonder where my original staff member had gone. Are you all just abandoning my purchase? I only learned the total amount when it was time to swipe my card, which is unacceptable. I had to specifically request a receipt. The staff's demeanor was neither polite nor professional. There should be a clear process in place: take the order, prepare and package the medications, provide the bill so the customer is aware of the total, then proceed with payment, and finally hand over the medications along with the receipt. I had a wonderful experience at Raj Medical, largely due to Mr. Chamidu. He’s an extremely professional and knowledgeable pharmacist who takes the time to thoroughly explain medications and their usage. His friendly and caring demeanor makes customers feel at ease and well cared for. It's comforting to receive such attentive service. I highly recommend this place!
