The staff speaks English and the manager is very competent. Recommended!

Poor service and high prices
The manners here are very poor. A Tamil lady insisted that we must purchase all the medications listed in the prescription from their pharmacy. If we don't, they refuse to give us the medicine. Compared to Osusala and other pharmacies around Kandy, Central Medical and New Lee Medicals charge significantly more for their drugs.

Excellent service at the pharmacy
I experienced some itching and we patiently visited the pharmacy to describe the issue. The gentleman there, who I believe was the manager, was very kind to us. It's a solid pharmacy.
