This pharmacy offers useful products, but the service was rather sluggish. Despite there being only 4-5 customers ahead of me, I ended up waiting longer than I had anticipated. The staff appeared to recognize the queue situation, but the overall management of the process could use some enhancements to shorten wait times. I genuinely hope to see improvements in service speed down the line.

I recently visited the pharmacy and ended up waiting about 10 minutes for my prescriptions. Unfortunately, the staff communicated very poorly with me and the other customers as well. They just stood there, seemingly ignoring the customers' needs. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this pharmacy.

I went to pick up a prescription and was approached by an employee who acted very unprofessionally. He took his time and spoke in a creepy way that made me uncomfortable. To top it off, he awkwardly asked for my contact number. It's disappointing to see such unprofessional behavior. This will definitely be my first and last visit to this pharmacy. I recommend going to Kandy Arpico pharmacy instead, where the staff is much more professional and the customer service is excellent.

During my visit, the staff member reviewing my prescription walked away while we were still talking and never returned. Additionally, I received the incorrect dosages. While I believe the pharmacy itself might be okay, my personal experience was disappointing.
