Disappointing service experience
I had a frustrating experience with the customer service at Dissanayake Hospital on 15OCT2019. I went there to get an ECG for my father, and the doctor in charge, Dr. Uvini, exhibited a terrible attitude and temper. When I politely inquired if the ECG results were fine or if there were any issues, she responded in a very loud tone, which was surprising considering my respectful approach. This was not my first encounter with rude staff at this hospital; it seems they lack proper manners. We don’t go there for free services; we pay for care, and it’s disappointing that a doctor can’t show kindness to a patient.
