Exceptional massage experience!

I visited for a massage today and I'm absolutely delighted! From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease – the place was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated. They welcomed me with a refreshing lemon drink and a small towel. The massage was outstanding – it was relaxing, professional, and perfectly customized to my needs. I really appreciated that they inquired about any health issues or allergies beforehand, which helped me feel completely comfortable. After my treatment, they even made me fresh tea, which capped off the visit perfectly. The therapist was incredibly warm, understanding, and took her time with the session. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

Relaxing First Abhyanga Experience

I enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing 60-minute Abhyanga massage, which was my first experience with this type of treatment. The staff were incredibly friendly and highly professional. I will definitely return when I visit Negombo again.

Relaxing Rooftop Spa Experience

This is a lovely, friendly, and serene spa located on the rooftop of a hotel. The atmosphere is clean and cool, with accommodating staff. I had a 60-minute relaxing massage, and my therapist, Mr. Tharindu, was excellent—he knew just where my body needed attention. I truly appreciated his professional and skilled services. I can only recommend this place.

Disappointing Experience at Secret Spa

I had a really disappointing visit to Secret Spa. The therapists were very unprofessional and seemed to struggle with even basic English communication, which made it hard to convey my concerns or preferences during the treatment. Even though clients are asked to complete a consultation form to indicate focus areas and sensitivities, none of this was taken into account during my session. There was a noticeable lack of guidance, courtesy, or any effort to ensure comfort throughout the treatment. Additionally, the location is quite inconvenient, tucked away in a back alley that feels uninviting and poorly designed for guests. Overall, the level of service fell far short of what you would expect from a professional spa. I definitely cannot recommend this experience.
