Amazing Hair Transformation at Nishi

Nishi, along with her son and niece, worked wonders on my fine, straight hair! After six months of gray roots, I left with beautiful highlights. I showed up without an appointment, yet Nishi managed to fit me in during what was obviously a busy day. The service was excellent!

Fantastic Haircut Experience at Nishi

I had my haircut at salon Nishi, and it was fantastic. She delivered exactly what I wanted; the volume is spot on, the length is perfect, and my hair looks healthy and fresh. Great salon experience in Negombo

Disappointing Eyelash Extension Experience

I recently got volume eyelash extensions at Nishi’s salon. Initially, the lashes looked fantastic, but just two days later, they began to break and fall out. I returned to have them fixed, and the staff redid them 2–3 times, but the issue continued. On my next visit, the customer service was quite unprofessional. The staff was rude, and the owner, Nishi, even told me not to come back, despite the fact that the problem was clearly with their service. While the salon might create a good first impression, I found the quality of work and aftercare to be lacking. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place for eyelash extensions.
