I've been working with Gabo since 2019, and their service has been exceptional. A special shoutout to Shyamala Cooray, who was incredibly responsive, straightforward about the options available, and truly committed to finding the best air-ticket prices for our travel needs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in search of a reliable ticketing agent.

The service here is completely unresponsive! There’s zero interest in helping customers. If you put in the effort to communicate, you’ll be met with one-word responses that come after a long wait. I definitely cannot recommend them for ticketing! It’s crucial that you train your staff to provide better customer service, because you’re not the only ticketing agency out there.
