The service here is completely unresponsive! There’s zero interest in helping customers. If you put in the effort to communicate, you’ll be met with one-word responses that come after a long wait. I definitely cannot recommend them for ticketing! It’s crucial that you train your staff to provide better customer service, because you’re not the only ticketing agency out there.
