    Exceptional dermatology experience

    I highly recommend Dr. Kannangara for anyone struggling with skin issues. I first visited him in 2022 for a serious skin problem I had developed after consulting more than five other doctors who couldn't diagnose it. During my initial appointment, Dr. Kannangara recognized my condition as a rare skin disorder, and his treatment provided immediate results for me.

    Avoid this place for skin treatment

    I cannot recommend this at all. I paid 3500/- twice just for my wife to have consultations with the doctors, and then they charged us 27,000/- for creams, face wash, and tablets aimed at treating her dark marks and pimples. However, after three weeks, we've seen no improvement—in fact, the pimples and dark marks have only gotten worse. I urge others not to waste their money, time, or health on this.

    Disappointing experience at skin clinic

    I highly recommend thinking twice before visiting the skin clinic in Karapitiya run by Dr. A.P. Kannangara. My visit was incredibly disappointing. The staff were unprofessional and disrespectful; they didn’t know how to communicate appropriately with patients, including children. It felt as though they lacked even basic courtesy and compassion. Despite the high fees, the service was lacking. You’re treated as just another number buying medicine rather than a patient seeking care. To make matters worse, the appointment system is outdated. You can’t book over the phone; you must go in person and pay upfront before securing an appointment, which is very inconvenient. In summary, this clinic lacks professionalism, customer care, and proper management. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, as it may result in frustration and a negative experience.
