I had to have my appendix taken out. They transferred me to another hospital for the procedure and took excellent care of me throughout. I felt secure and well looked after. The staff here are incredible. Thank you so much for your help!

It's clear that health isn't a priority here; the center seems more focused on profit, especially from tourists. In our case, our children, ages 3 and 5, endured a high fever for three days along with a cough, runny nose, and body aches. We even donated blood out of concern for dengue fever. Without waiting for results, they prescribed broad-spectrum antibiotics, and each child ended up with 5-6 medications for their symptoms. Strangely, probiotics weren't included! The consultation cost us 10,000 rupees per child, plus another 30,000 for the analysis. They even tried to push two medication packages on us, which we declined. We only took the antibiotics after informing them we already had cough syrup, which they still tried to sell us more of. They assured us the test results would be ready in four days and sent via WhatsApp along with a doctor's consultation, but we received nothing. After several attempts to reach out, my husband had to go get the results himself. Ultimately, it turned out to be a virus, and the antibiotics were making things worse. The doctor advised us to finish the course we had already started. Naturally, we stopped taking them. I suggest seeking care at a state-run clinic or another facility, as I seriously doubt any reimbursement will come from the doctors here!
