Extremely Poor Courier Service
I would give less than one star if I could. This has been one of the most unprofessional courier experiences I've encountered in Sri Lanka. There are no proper notifications or tracking updates, and when I called customer service, they couldn't even verify whether my package was in their warehouse. To make matters worse, the contact numbers provided for branches lead to offices that are already closed, highlighting how poorly their customer support is managed. The staff who answer the phones are neither helpful nor friendly, and they seem totally unprepared to address customer concerns. In my situation, my package was handed over to them on 26 February 2026, and as I write this on 5 March 2026, over a week has passed without a clear update on its whereabouts. Each day, I receive the same response: “It will be delivered tomorrow.” At one point, they even stated that the package was out for delivery for two days in a row, only for us to find out it had been sitting in their warehouse the entire time. The package contains food items, which should typically be prioritized for delivery within a day or two, but there seems to be no sense of urgency or accountability. Overall, this level of service is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I strongly recommend steering clear of this courier service if you care about reliability and communication.
