    Extremely Poor Courier Service

    I would give less than one star if I could. This has been one of the most unprofessional courier experiences I've encountered in Sri Lanka. There are no proper notifications or tracking updates, and when I called customer service, they couldn't even verify whether my package was in their warehouse. To make matters worse, the contact numbers provided for branches lead to offices that are already closed, highlighting how poorly their customer support is managed. The staff who answer the phones are neither helpful nor friendly, and they seem totally unprepared to address customer concerns. In my situation, my package was handed over to them on 26 February 2026, and as I write this on 5 March 2026, over a week has passed without a clear update on its whereabouts. Each day, I receive the same response: “It will be delivered tomorrow.” At one point, they even stated that the package was out for delivery for two days in a row, only for us to find out it had been sitting in their warehouse the entire time. The package contains food items, which should typically be prioritized for delivery within a day or two, but there seems to be no sense of urgency or accountability. Overall, this level of service is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I strongly recommend steering clear of this courier service if you care about reliability and communication.

    Extremely disappointing delivery experience

    The service at the Galle branch has been very disappointing and unprofessional. My parcel (Tracking No. D000000001735187) reached the Galle distribution centre on March 10th. After missing a call from the rider, I called back about 10 minutes later, only to be told he had already left the office and would deliver the parcel the following day. However, the parcel still hasn't arrived. No one is picking up the phone, and there have been no updates from the courier company. As of the afternoon of March 13th, I'm still waiting for my delivery. This level of service is unacceptable for a courier company.

    Terrible Customer Service Experience

    Extremely disappointing response after trying to reach out about a parcel or document. I couldn’t get in touch with the branch or the head office, and nobody is answering the phone. I would not recommend this place.

    Terrible service from courier company

    I sent my parcel with this courier service from daraz on April 26th. Now, on May 16th, I'm still waiting for any communication from them. To make matters worse, it was a pre-paid order too.🤌

    Terrible delivery service experience

    I would give a rating lower than one star if I could. Nobody is picking up the phone. I received my parcel on May 20, 2026, but it still hasn't been delivered. I paid the delivery fee based on my trust in the Daraz order, yet I've received no response at all. I'm still in the dark about the whereabouts of my order. It's clear why you have a 2.9-star rating. If you continue providing service like this, that rating will drop even further.
