Serious issues with pharmacy service

I was very let down by the pharmacy service. They provided me with the wrong medication, which is a serious and unacceptable error. Such negligence can jeopardize patient safety. It's crucial to implement better procedures for checking medications before they are handed out. After I got home, the pharmacy employee called me an hour later to ask me to return for a replacement. This is not only inconvenient but also poses a significant safety risk. More attention and thorough checks are essential when dispensing medications.

Service Lags Behind Rising Prices

This place seems more focused on profits than on providing good service. The quality does not match the high fees. Recently, the OPD fee jumped from 400 to 600, and now it’s at 1000, which is nearly a 200% increase in a short time. Many others were also expressing their dissatisfaction about this price hike. During my stay, the discharge process took an unnecessarily long time, which felt like a tactic to charge extra. There was no effective way to file a complaint, and staff were just passing the blame to one another. I've noticed an increase in influencer marketing on social media lately. Patients deserve to know the truth. Instead of focusing on promoting their services through influencers, they should prioritize improving service quality, staff training, and facilities. This is based on my own experience and perspective.

Severely Disorganized Hospital Experience

My experience here was absolutely dreadful. There’s a complete lack of coordination within this hospital. Doctors are rarely available for timely consultations, leaving patients waiting for hours with no updates. The service from the staff is quite poor, and the help center offers no real assistance. Their hotline is a joke; they manage to answer maybe 1 out of every 10 calls, and one of the numbers doesn’t even work. For a hospital, this kind of disorganization and poor communication is simply unacceptable.

Poor food and high costs

My daughter was admitted here, and the food served was both cold and dry. The prices were extremely high, yet two of the room lights and the bathroom lights were out of order. On a positive note, the doctors, physiotherapist, and nurses were all very nice and kind.
