The place is decent, and the staff is quite friendly, though the reception team could use more professionalism. They offer a broad spectrum of medical services, including an in-house surgical theatre, pharmacy, x-ray, 2D Echo, laboratory, vaccinations, and physiotherapy, among others. While I can't say they're outstanding in their services at this point, it's not bad for a newly launched private hospital.

I encountered terrible customer service here, with no regard for the patients' time. I waited for hours in the OPD while the doctor took a phone call. The receptionists displayed a bad attitude, reflecting a lack of professionalism. I do not recommend this place!

I frequently visit this place when I need to consult a channeler. The fee for channelling is about 1700, and the medication prices are also reasonable. I've been there three times to see three different consultants, and I've been quite pleased with their channelling services. However, I should mention that the receptionists often come across as unprofessional. Additionally, I once saw an OPD doctor, but the medication she prescribed didn’t work for me. I ended up receiving better care from the government OPD at NHSL.

Honestly, I can't find anything to criticize. The service we received was outstanding, especially from the lab staff who worked hard to ensure we were well taken care of! It's also budget-friendly. Keep up the fantastic work. Plus, there’s plenty of parking available.

I arrived at the hospital around midnight. The laboratory technologist was unavailable for some reason, so we approached the pharmacist to inquire about their whereabouts. Unfortunately, she didn't even acknowledge us and simply stated that the lab technologist was out. It's essential for customer care to be prioritized in a hospital setting because everyone visiting is a patient seeking assistance. This experience left us quite disappointed with the pharmacist's attitude.

We are truly thankful for the outstanding care and professionalism we received. A special shoutout to Anandhi, who has been incredibly helpful, kind, and supportive from the very beginning.
