I highly recommend this place compared to the eye care services I've used before. The staff is very helpful and allows you the freedom to choose your frames. They provide detailed product information and fair pricing. Thank you for the outstanding service.

I'm leaving a negative review due to the trouble I encountered this morning. The staff seemed indifferent to customers, and their attitude made me feel quite uneasy. It's important to treat all customers with respect; we deserve to be treated well, especially when we're paying for service.

My experience at Wickramarachchi Opticians in Kurunegala was wonderful. The staff, especially Upeka Dahigamuwa, was extremely attentive. She took the time to walk me through each step of the process and ensured I felt at ease the entire time. It's clear that they genuinely care about providing the best for their customers. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for their outstanding service.

I'm leaving a negative review. For over 20 years, I've had great experiences with the Wickramarachchi team, especially at their Colombo and Delkanda branches, where I would buy heating aids, audiograms, batteries, and spectacles for my mother. Until recently, their service was consistently timely. However, my recent visits for spectacles at the Kegalle branch and several times at Gampaha have been disappointing. I purchased a pair of spectacles from Kegalle in 2024, but when the frame broke, I took it to the Gampaha branch for repair. They sent it off to the workshop, which I agreed to. To my shock, the repaired spectacles somehow ended up in Anuradhapura. When I collected them, I discovered that the repair was inadequate and the frame didn't fit properly. I returned to ask about this, but the staff were quite rude. After checking, they informed me that I had only bought the lenses from them, not the frame, which was surprising since I had purchased both together at Kegalle. It seems there may have been an issue with the purchase bill. The staff at both branches were really disappointing.

The staff here is incredibly friendly, and I appreciate having the freedom to choose my favorite frame. This shop offers good quality and attractive frames, especially when compared to other budget shops that are accessible to everyone.
